Our experience with Sensations Exhibitions at Grocery Shop 2024 was nothing short of disastrous. Despite providing clear requirements and proofs, the stand they delivered was a monumental letdown:

Shoddy Stand Execution: The booth wasn't ready on time. Key elements were missing or improperly installed, including failed LED features and misaligned logos.

Non-Functional Equipment: Broken screens derailed our presentations and hindered attendee engagement.

Unprofessional Project Management: Communication was abysmal and oversight was non-existent. On-site union labour, under Sensations' management, botched tasks which remained unresolved.

Hidden Costs: We faced unexpected expenses that were never disclosed upfront, adding insult to injury.

No Accountability: Attempts to fix issues were pathetic, and post-event communication was slow and dismissive. The MD was incredibly rude to myself and a colleague on a follow up call.

Sensations Exhibitions offered a pathetic credit note, but there’s no way we’ll use their services again. We unequivocally DO NOT RECOMMEND Sensations Exhibitions. Save yourself A LOT OF STRESS and look elsewhere for reliable and professional exhibition stand solutions.
