I actually talked to a manager which was more helpful than a regular
person. Don’t remember her name but she was on the ball. Helped me out a
lot. Whom ever she was look it up on my booth and give her a RAISE.

I actually disliked my first Manager because she was not responsive and
did not answer phone calls. I happened to get in touch with and she was able
to handle my issue in the same phone call. Excellent work. Assel helped me
move my review from one star when working Assel to 5 stars. I would
definitely recommend choice to my friends and family.

Assel, my services manager with is a breath of FRESH and deserves a
bonus/raise. She treats people the way you want to be treated and her follow
up and effort shows and her results are in my own words “Out of Site”. I hope
this review makes its way to her supervisor so that he/she can tell what a fine
job she did. My Best wishes and God’s Blessings to this diligent employee.

I can’t rate actual service yet since we just signed up today however, I can
say that sales manager, was great. she worked to get us even a better rate
than was first discussed. If this is any indication of their responsiveness this
was a great first start.

reliable, personable and switched on. When I couldn’t reach Assel, I would

The manager called me, which I missed the call, and then followed up with
an email. I emailed her back, and then I received a response within 1 or 2
minutes. We emailed back and forth several times discussing questions I had
about my options. She responded immediately to every email.

Manager was great-super friendly and on top of things! He was very

The manager- Assel at Pixelmate Exhibition Co. Ltd., could not have been a
nicer and more genuine person to deal with. She was very courteous, made us
as the customer, feel very comfortable and never treated us with anything but
